This vest is EXCELLENT! Adds a new dimension to body weight workouts. Push ups, pull ups, dips, lunges.. Go crazy! Once adjusted, it stays in place as you move - even during burpies. Can't recommend this enough. Great product

I LOVE this vest. I wear it to my Muay Thai workouts and have benefited greatly from this vest. It is very low profile and inconspicuous. Nobody knew I had it on until I took it off. Six pounds (to start) is perfect to increase cardio endurance.

This thing is a bit large, it fits a little loose on me, I'm a short female 5'1". It's really heavy, as expected, and seems to me that it would work way better on a male character

Everything arrived as described. A friendly reminder that this doesn't come with the weights, which explains why its so cheap. I plan on making my weights by pouring cement in a cylindrical tube.

I am 5'9, 176 pounds, and the vest fits me well. If wearing without a shirt underneath, it might rub on your skin during certain exercises. I recommend wearing something underneath to prevent this. Other than that, this vest is great.

Cool vest, quite comfortable, and it works very well for me. All I had to do was make some weights to put in the vest from sand. This vest is very affordable that way. I recommend!

The vest is very cool, fits snug. I can press normally and it does not interfere. I measured the depth of the pockets 15 cm diameter somewhere 22-23 mm, I will take a steel bar with a diameter of 23mm and saw 15 cm :) that will be much cheaper than plates.

This vest works perfect for me. I am 5'8 and the vest completely covers my torso. I used it for 2 miles of running, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups and 300 squats and it held up very well. If you're more slender it will move around a little more, but it's better than a lot of vests and reasonable priced.

This vest is made of a mesh material, contains many slots for weights, and has pads for the shoulders. I put the wooden rod in a slot to show the depth and size of the slots.

I've used this vest several times on my daily walks and so far so good. I got 20 pounds in steel rods from home depot to put in the vest and they work awesome. So far, no rips, tears, or other noticeable damage.

This vest is awesome. It is fully adjustable, breathable, and comfortable. When I do push ups it sometimes touches the ground because I like to go deep, but either than that. GREAT!

It doesn't come with the weights (as expected by the price), but the slots for the weights are well sewn and seem very durable. Can't wait to make some DIY weights and start using!
