Resistance Bands

This set of bands is a great addition to our home gym. I use the lower resistance band but the rest of my family who are stronger use the higher resistance bands. The multiple uses of the bands make it worth the price for us. The quality is good so far and feels like it will hold for awhile. Awesome bands!

I bought this to add to my growing collection of equipment for my home gym. I've had the product for a few weeks now and I'm in love with it. I use the resistance bands in conjunction with my normal weight lifting routine; I find that they help give me the push I need to increase my gains. I particularly love that you can stack them. I recommend!

The set seems to be of good quality for home workouts. Just got them and will update after I have used them for awhile. I inspected them and they look to be of good quality for the price. This is a typical set of resistance bands, with standard options on resistance and use. The instructions are incredibly tiny. The bands themselves are slightly sticky or tacky feeling, and the hardware attachments aren’t as solid or as ergonomic/comfortable to use as the other set of bands I own.

Used it for my workouts. It is well made. You can use either all the resistance bands at once (for ultimate resistance/challenge) or work your way by adding one by one for intensity in your work outs

This set is a great deal and perfect to use for home workouts. I've owned several sets and these are really good quality. They came well packaged. Since we're not working out in a gym right now this was the best option for us. I was happy to find some actually in stock. Would definitely recommend.

Due to shelter in place, i had a hard time to workout and maintain my physic, so the only option was to have resistance band, but i was unsure about buying it because in market there are a lot but costly but then i saw these band and damn they work really good. The natural latex makes it really strong for some real hard workout. You can do every possible workout for biceps, triceps, back. It's really effective for a reasonable price. If you're looking for real workout for good price this is it. Awesome bands!

Highly recommend these, especially considering how many grossly overpriced options there are out there. It delivers what it promises: a set of varying weight resistance bands and a little carrying pouch (but good luck getting them all back in there after you've taken some out), as well as a door mount. They feel a lot sturdier than similar Champion-branded ones I bought at Target, which broke after just a few months. I feel that these will have a much longer useful life.

So I actually bought these resistance bands because I had an original set of a different brand that was only three of them and I love that this came with five it has the complete set!! I do all of my bicep curls and tricep pull downs squats lunges you can vary the weight resistance and these are the highest quality !

A family friend of us shared a video of him using this product to workout while in quarantine. We have two posts in the basement, which is the perfect place to install tie these resistant bands to and work out. In addition, loosen the bands so that the kids can get into action as well, highly recommended for this fun family activity.

I got it so I could do some exercises at home during quarantine and it has been working great just as I needed it to. I like that it comes with various different weights and each one has its own color. I'm not a fitness obsessed type of girl but I do like to do some exercises at home and these bands are doing its job. They're are great for me.

I received the resistance bands and at first thought they wouldn't be adequate for what I need. But when I tried them, I was quite surprised to see how strong they are. I looked on-line for resistance band exercises and did a quick work-out using all of the bands to see their strength. The bands held up nicely and provided the resistance I needed for a good work-out.

These bands work great! I was trying to find different resistance bands with an affordable price tag and I am glad these came around. The colors are very nice and it seems like a sturdy product that will last at least for a couple of seasons. I am currently using the red and green one mainly, and it feels like a well-made resistance band. I have been using it around the house for a couple of weeks now, and I would definitely recommend.

These resistance bands are clutch during this pandemic while access to gyms was previously non existent and now limited. I like the versatility of them. You can use them to workout at home or since they’re light weight, you can take them to your favorite outdoor spot. They come with 2 feet straps and a foam piece that you can use in pretty much any door to switch up your workout routine. Also comes with a carrying case/bag. Super cool!

Excellent addition to my home gym. This setup allows me to work almost every muscle group. I can easily set up the door attachment and work my back, biceps, chest and more. The bands are easily adjustable even allowing you to modify the weight resistance while bands are attached, by letting one or more hang for lighter weight needs and without removing the bands. It is quiet and smooth and I would recommend this product.

I was actually surprised by the quality of the bands. I was looking for something since I can no longer go to the gym and I did not want to spend big bucks on on trying to get free weights. Just so you understand, you are not going to build huge muscles with resistance bands but they are great for maintenance and flexibility of muscles. Be careful on using doors as if there is too much space between door and frame the door anchor will rebound and hit you.

The resistance levels are nice, however, I wish there were some higher levels of resistance offered. While you can achieve pretty much whatever you want by adding additional reps, it would be nice if maybe it went to 75 or 80lbs of reaistance. Handle options are nice, and the door jam piece is a nice addition to get some additional levels of workouts. Overall, for the price, I cannot complain since kettlebells would take up more space and would cost a lot more. Good purchase for simple 30 - 45 minute workouts.

My order came in perfect condition, and the bands had no imperfections. I figured I'd get these because they are a great intro set of bands for working out at home, especially amid all this pandemic and lockdowns happening. I have no complaints!

Was looking for an easy way to get back in shape and this is it! It is a super easy setup to use and I found a lot of really great workout videos online that are giving me a good workout without leaving me super sore. I really love that they are color coded, makes it much easier to get just the right band without hunting. The handles give great grip when I start sweating. Awesome bands!

These are great resistance bands for beginners or people working through an injury. I have been using them and sharing them with my grandfather. He is older and wants to get back into exercise. It is very easy to switch the weight so we can exercise together and not have to take a lot of time switching heavy weights. I love that there were instructions on how to use the different straps and maybe a sheet with some example exercises. I really recommend these bands!

These bands are perfect for my quarantine home workouts! Whether I'm looking to get a quick workout, or a longer workout these bands allow me to work nearly all muscle groups. I've had them for a little over a month now and they still look brand new after using them 2-3 times a week.

I work out mostly at home, even before the quarantine / covid mess. but my kettlebell exercises started getting stale (i have 20lb, 30lb and 40lb) so i decided to give bands a try. it's also great knowing when this covid nightmare ends i can pack these into a suitcase and workout wherever i go, in case somewhere i'm staying doesn't have a gym nearby. but honestly i've never been a fan of the gym. i like the versatility of being able to workout anywhere, anytime.

With the whole pandemic and everything closing I was afraid I wasn't going to be able to get my weight training fix. I got these and even though it isn't the same or a replacement to the weights, it's definitely a lot cheaper than buying brand new weights or trying to acquire the overpriced weights people are trying to sell online. I recommend picking some of these up!

I like that these are portable and can take almost anywhere. You're able to add more bands together to increase the resistance and they have the door stopper to offer more variety in the workout. I like that each band has their own clip so you're not having to remove and change out.

you get what you paid for, this resistant wire package is what I’m being looking for. Easy storage and easy to move around with the little bag that they provided. The handle is suitable and firmly connected to the wire. Nice quality! 5 different weight options so you can choose to use whatever suits you and your family members or increase weight whenever you needed. Nice product for working out at home especially during covid 19.

This is a really phenomenal set of resistance bands. I live in a small apartment, and have been desiring a means for performing at home workouts, especially in the modern world we live in. This set of bands definitely checks all of the boxes: it is versatile, durable, and easy/efficient to use for workouts from anywhere!
