Long as you assemble the cable correctly with the clamps, you will never have issues. I have lifted 90lbs on this doing tricep push downs without any issues and the pulley is VERY smooth. I highly recommend.

I bought a bunch of gym equipment during the Coronavirus lockdown just like everyone else. I bought a weight Rack and was looking for a pulley system to add to it. I came across this and review some positive reviews and gave it a try. It did not disappoint ! The pulley has a 360 degree swivel and a coated cable. VERY SMOOTH pulls. I paired this with a rope attachment and it works great

This is an essential addition to any home gym. I hang a strap from a beam above and connect the pulley when I workout then remove it and hang it on the wall out of the way when done. It’s great for tricep pull downs, straight arm lat pull down, and face pulls that’s mainly what I use it for. You just have to be careful and go slow as the weight can start to swing like a pendulum if you’re not careful.

My COVID gym is now complete. Resistance bands are great, but I really miss working off of cables, so I ordered this and am not disappointed. It works well beyond my expectations. The equipment is sturdy and functions as advertised. Totally easy to set up and easy to dissemble if you want to take it to the park. I accidentally ordered the standard pipe, but if you put a standard plate on the bottom and Olympic plates on top it works just as well. I don’t lift massive amounts of weight, so I can not tell how well it holds heavy plates. I put 75lbs on there for lat pulldowns and it held up just fine. Overall, I am very stoked on this product and would recommend.

You usually get what you pay for, that being said this pulley system is economical and well built. I can do most of the things I want and need to do with it. It's sturdy and the cable movement is very smooth. Add a few attachments and you are good. My only small complaint is that the loading pin that holds the weight could be a little longer. I use the old school cement filled weights and they tend to be bigger than metal weights. I just happened to have a longer attachment from another pulley system. It is working perfectly. All and all just what I needed, an economical pulley system that can go anywhere.

This isn’t a bad set to get started when you have nothing at all. I connected mine to a beam in my garage and it works great. Now, anything is a weight. I load up a backpack with water bottles, textbooks, anything really, and hoist it up. The only feedback I have is that I wish the cord was longer so I could do some leg exercises. Super happy with this!

I'm still testing the product. For now I've tried up to 35lb. It works smoothly. It doesn't seem like any part of it is suffering or is about to break even though I don't know how long it will hold. I personally recommend the product if you have a place to place it.
Some data:
+ The cable seems very good to me, it really looks like a gym (not rope like other products, this one looks more resistant). The only thing that can scare is the hook that I don't know how long it'll hold. You can see it in the picture.
+ The pulley goes very well, the wheel moves fluently.
+ The carabiners are fine and will resist the weight but they are a little bad, they're supposed to have a dock that closes them, but they stay open. This does not harm the exercise, only the experience by placing them.
+ Triceps rope performs very well with its function but does not have the touch of a gym (it's more placid).
+ The hanger, which holds everything, has very good finish, very tough.
