How do I track my order?
You can track your order by clicking here. Enter the E-Mail that you used when you made your purchase and the order number that was sent to your E-Mail after you purchased.
Can I update or cancel my order?
We can only update or cancel your order if it has not been processed for shipping yet.
Once your receive an e-mail with your status as "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order.
How long will my order take to process?
Your order will take one day to five business days to process. You can check if your order has finished processing and is being shipped to your address here.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to the current global pandemic, our regular shipping times of 7-21 business days may be delayed.
