Very effective and useful to swim in small pools, you might need an extension cable or buy 2 of the above if you dont have a metal ladder in you pool; and need to attach to an outside object.

I've had this for about a year now and it broke where the lanyard connects to the belt. I can still use it without any issues. This is a great idea for short pools where laps will be impossible. Wearing this is not awkward.

Excellent product for a swimming workout in a home pool. I would recommend purchasing a rope or elastic extension if you don't have a place to tether the band close to the pool. I'm so glad I didn't spend upwards of $200 for competing swimming tether poles as this works just fine for swimming laps while not impeding kicking.

Simple, well-made waist band that allows me to swim continuously in our backyard pool. I attached it to a handrail using a length of light cord and a carabiner. Great value.

I've tried it twice so far and it's working as expected. Super easy to use, to attach to the pole, to strap it around your waist and it is also quite comfortable. It does move around a bit as you keep swimming but nothing really major.

It keeps you in place well enough so that you can do some stationary laps in a pool. I secure it using a length of pvc pipe that I stick in one of my pool safety fence holes and it does the trick.

It does what you would expect of a stationary swimmer... I would recommend investing in a snorkel as you may find it difficult to breathe since you aren't gliding over water like when you do legitimate laps. Very comfortable, easy to get on and off, so far after about a month or so no signs of wear and tear.

Works just like expected. I just needed to add a rope to reach the pool. Product works great without any issues. Also I’m a size 40-42 and it still fits. If you’re a 46, it might not fit you.

Works great. It adds resistance to your swim stroke. I was concerned it would get in the way of my feet but it doesn’t at all. Seems to hold my legs down a little further in the water but could not be happier.

Resistance belt works great in our pool. I have it attached to a loop of rope so that the strap does not rub on the edge coping of the pool. The belt is comfortable and easy to put on. Works great for my usual freestyle, sidestroke, and breaststroke. I don't even pretend I can do butterfly. This works nicely for me and I would buy it again.

Im very happy with this. durable quality. just barely fits over my hips. I am size 12-14 lady's pants. If I was any bigger, I wouldn't be able to slide it off and on. But it works great for me.

I like to swim when RV traveling and frequently use campground pools. They tend to be small and crowded, not ideal for doing laps. I just tie this to the steps in the deeper section of the pool and can swim all I want without disturbing anyone. Perfect workout. Good quality, but the belt could be longer.

We use this to work out in our pool (tied to the fence post and swim in place). It works pretty good but provides A LOT of resistance. The kids love it though and are always trying to compete on who can go further with it on...so a great workout and family fun item!

I am XXL, the belt is a bit small for me, I tried to lengthen the belt myself, it was very good. I'm fat but this swim leash works great. I can now actually swim in my pool at home. It holds me perfectly in the middle of my pool and is comfortable as well as easy to use, it was just the right amount of tension. Highly recommend!

I have a 22 foot pool and at full stroke I got to about 19 feet with my hands extended. This swimming tether is perfect for exercising in a small swimming pool. Just connect to the railing or pool ladder. Wear a belt and swim away.It is very firm and flexible, this is a very practical product! I will recommend it to my friends. Real quality for the small price.

My swimmers needed these for swim team. More comfortable than the other kind, the belt is sponge-filled and is more comfortable than ordinary woven belts.

I am really enjoying using the swim training belt/leash/tether. I do wish that it had come with instructions, I’m not sure that I’m hooking it up correctly, but it is definitely working. I have used it 8-10 times so far and feel that I am getting a good workout.

Good stuff. I bought this thing so that I could do a little swimming without having to go over to the lake. I have a very small 12 ft round 30 in deep Intex pool. this thing is excellent , I tether right in the middle of the pool and I could swim forever.the belt is smaller than i thought, but im a fat guy so not their fault.

I moved into a home with a small pool. It is near impossible to swim laps. I saw this device and thought I'd try it. I could not be happier. The belt that came with it didn't fit me, so I used a belt that I had. I can't say enough about this product. It is so comfortable, you barely notice it is on. I thought I would miss going up and down a lap pool, but I don't. My husband tried it and he likes it, too.

Works exactly how I hoped. I’m 200lbs and it worked great for me and my sons (smallest is 35 lbs). I anchored mine to a pool umbrella so the angle was high enough to keep the line off of my feet. Belt was secure and comfortable. Velcros from the inside which is a bit awkward to start, but keeps your stomach against the smooth wet-suit like material. All in all, a great purchase.

I love that I can swim nonstop in a regular backyard pool. No more searching for an Olympic sized pool, driving to another facility, etc. I can swim forever practically in a fish tank! Love it!
